Lancaster House is hosting the 2016 Human Rights and Labour Law Conference on October 5th and 6th, 2016 at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa.
Stephen Bird has been invited to be appear on the “When Helping Hurts: Sustaining violence from those we serve” discussion panel for the Conference.
Stephen’s panel will focus on proactive policies, practices and responses, potential liability, and work refusals relating to patient or customer violence in the workplace.
