Stephen Bird has been invited to be appear on the “When Helping Hurts: Sustaining violence from those we serve” discussion panel for the Conference.

Stephen’s panel will focus on proactive policies, practices and responses, potential liability, and work refusals relating to patient or customer violence in the workplace.
