The seminar will focus on protecting yourself from costly litigation brought by Canadian staff and, specifically, the following topics:
- drafting employment contracts for locally-engaged staff;
- state immunity and employment law obligations in Ontario; and
- an update on recent decisions of Canadian courts and tribunals on these topics.
